Default New Carb Creations milk products are pretty good.

I'm not scared of carbs, but I do like to minimize calories and maximize protein. The new carb creations chocolate milk is nice stuff. It's not all that cheap, but for a low calorie chocolate milk it's quite tasty. Skim milk has 90 calories/9 g protein. This stuff has 100 calories/12 g protein. I think that whey serves as a source of some of the extra protein. I give the taste 4/5 although my wife didn't care for it at all and said that it was too thick.

I put the chocolate on my Kashi cereal....tastes fantastic, almost like a cheat meal.

I used to drink soy cappucino/chocolate/vanilla milk w/ my kashi...here are the stats on it:

one cup was 70cal, 7g protien, 4g carbs, and 3g fat

I think thats pretty good...not for me anymore, but good at the time because it was the same liquid w/ far less SUGAR than milk...

I am scared of carbs and this brand has returned milk to my diet. 1/2 cup in my all the whey helps my taste buds.
