Cool core stability exercises what are they?

Can anyone give me a few exercises to strengthen the core muscles on my trunk? to help with my Pars defect. I have Spondylolysis. Thanks

Hey thanks Jeremy, Spondylolysis(Pars Defect) is a fracture (stress) of the L-5 Vertebrae. Probably genetic weak spot but brought on by weight lifting and consist sports. I need to do core exercises to strengthen the abs that hold the spine so I don't have low back pain with the fracture, so it can heal. I am 16 and need to get back to my sports as soon as possible. Been out of them since March. I played Football, Baseball and Basketball. I might cut back on a few and concentrate on 2 or 1. Thanks for the info.
