Default On the go? Southwestern Turkey Wrap.

It's not exactly filling, but it served its purpose. I was out of protein bars, about to leave the house and needed something that I could prepare fast to hold me over until my next meal. I know it's high in carbs and I know it's high in sodium (a lot of which comes from the fat-free cheese). I'm not posting it here to get it reviewed, but to give people ideas for when they're in a hurry.

Ingredients:
2 oz (approx. 1 slice) Jennie-O Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
1 Mission Tortilla Fajita Size
1/4 Cup Southwestern Eggbeaters
1 Slice Sharp Cheddar Fat-Free Cheese (Optional)

Instructions:
Place the tortilla on a plate or other hard surface.
Lay turkey breast flat, covering approximatley one half of the inside of the tortilla.
Place cooked Eggbeaters on top of the turkey breast.
Tear the slice of sharp cheddar into strips and place on top of the Eggbeaters and turkey breast.
From the filled side, slowly roll back the tip of the tortilla, creating a "wrap" shape.

try substituting a Low Carb tortilla from La Tortilla and it will lower the carbs, increase the fiber and protein, and they taste damn good!
