Default Correct Inflexibility

What should I do with my inflexibile muscles? for example, my left-leg hamstrings became inflexibile and I can't straighten it without feeling a pull in it (not the case on my right-leg).
How to correct this?
How to prevent future inflexibility?

My physio recomended that one should spend a lot of time stretching since this can prevent a lot of injuries. As for your inflexibility I would just stretch it and over time it will become more flexible. Be carefull you dont over do it though.
