Question About an element of the MAX-OT philosophy

Hello all,

I would like to read about what you think of a certain element of the MAX-OT philosphy. I read somewhere in the .pdf (or on the ast-ss website I don't remember) that having phases was a bad thing, that you should concentrate on gaining muscles and lowering your body fat constantly. Not having a bulking phase, then a cutting phase.

What do you think about that?

i think that can be a very good thing.. as your lean muscle mass increases, so will your metabolism.. and over time.. a much longer time vs cutting or bulking you will see gains in lean muscle mass as well as fat depletion.

i personally tend to like the idea of "cutting" and "bulking".. you focus on one thing the most.. ie fat loss or muscle..

but i think once i get to a certain size i am going to do the inbetween
