You're not earning any sympathy with these photos that point out your trouble spot. From this angle I have to say it looks like a nice set of 5th and 6th abs. No need to break out the macro lens though, I don't want you to fuss over trying to point it out better, you might develop a complex

I agree with wh0, chest is looking solid, bigger than I've ever seen it.

Default John, How do you measure?

Just curious, you're 5' 11.5", is that barefoot? When you weigh yourself, it's just with the briefs on, correct? Also, I know exactly where everyone measures biceps, forearms, etc... but where exactly are you measuring for thighs? Right at the groin or midway between groin and knee. Sorry if this sounds like a nutty question.. it's just that I've been using you as a guide for my own development.

Oh, and just my 2 cents.. if after you tried everything under the sun (and when you try, you REALLY try).. and still can't get rid of that little fat at your belly button... get it sucked man. If that's the only thing standing between you and all out victory, go for it. Nobody can fault you for that after all you've done!!!

I'm a big fan as we have a lot in common, thanks in advance for the info and keep it up.

You should be really proud of what you have done and accomplished, great inspiration for me! I remember two years ago when I read about you and your homepage in Swedens biggest evning newspaper, that was also how I found you :].

Keep it up John, the 'problem area' will fall of, just dont think so much about it, usually if you do it will never leave you.

werd. his message hit me right before my cardio session.... and i needed it because i was battling what i was doing all this for... whats the use... you know. it just fueled me enough to stay the course... because i dont want to be average or common... i want to be one of the few... not a marine... but get teh idea.

The masses are all fat and lazy. I wish to join this 1 in 100 group.

BTW John I think you could quadruple your fame worldwide if you allowed your skin to get pasty like it was in your before pic and also make your hair look identical. Wear the exact same underwear (prolly a diff size) and make the same face. that's the only way people are going to believe that it's the same person.

Wh0, I have been working very hard on my delts (which are still horrible, but improving), so thanks for that.

speedcpu, Your questions, answered in order:

- Yes, I'm nearly 6' tall barefoot.
- I weigh myself nude.
- I measure my quads at their biggest point, closer to my groin than my knees.

While I like to look good, my health is, and will continue to be, my #1 priority. Lipo is just not my style, and it's not worth the many health risks as far as I'm concerned.

As for today's update - WOW! I received 38398073927 emails today about that. Almost all of them are positive, a couple of them negative. I don't have time to go into everything right now, but I'll address everything in tomorrow's Daily News update. I guess it's going to be a "2 part-er".
