Default Big Chest Problem

Hi. Just decided to finally post about my problem with my chest. Mainly the amazing lack of definition in my lower chest. I seem to have saggy skin in that area or just some little amount of fat that seemingly will not go away. If I take the skin and use my hand to move it up a little bit, I can see that I have great lower chest definition. But, letting go, the problem area drops back down, covering up and definition I might have. Is this something I can fix doing more upper chest excersizes or is this that disorder I've been hearing about that plagues some men and gives them fat diposites in their chests that sometimes can only be fixed with surgery. I'm just sick and tired of this embarrasing problem and don't want to make my chest any bigger than it already is. I guess I also should mention that I'm not overweight. I'm currently 6 feet and two inches and weight 165lbs.

Did you lose a lot of weight? If so you might just have a case of some loose skin. I'm battling that a little bit now as I was one of those unlucky folks who stored fat in the chest area (as is VERY noticable in my before pics on this site LOL). I know that the only way mine is getting better is through building up more mass in my chest area to fill it out.

I doubt it's Gynocomastia. The best check for that is swollen or puffy nipples and usually you would be able to feel something disc like under the nipple.

Yes, I have lost a lot of weight. My skin definitely did not do well with this as I have loose skin around my midsection as well. It's just so annoying having all this going on. I even went for the longer route and took two years to loose the weight. I was hoping that doing it over a span of two years instead of one would help my skin adapt, but, obviously it hasn't. I was 235 pounds at 18 and am now 165 pounds at age 20. I do believe that I have Gynecomastia as I have both of the symptoms you listed and have been researching the desease for some time now. It's definitely been a problem that has plagued me most of my life. I guess I can still hope that because of my age and the fact that I'm still growing. Haha, I seem to still grow about a half an inch or so every year, regardless of the fact that I'm 20. Maybe when my body finally settles down, so will the remaining Gynecomastia. I just really don't want surgury and my chest is already big enough with all of the weight training I've done over the years.

It would be really beneficial if you posted some pics so that some of the experts here could possibly help you out. I would imagine the plastic surgery involved in removing gyne is amazingly expensive. Are you sure it isn't pseudogyne? It's also possible that you just have really high estrogen levels, but based on what you said (symptoms wise) it's a large possibility. There's a slight chance an estrogen inhibitor may help slightly depending on the severity. I'm not 100% sure. Doctor would know best.

Best of luck!
