Men, do you have, or suspect low testosterone levels? You can naturally increase levels by modifying your lifestyle:
1) Eliminate, or significantly reduce alcohol consumption.
2) Increase exercise to at least 150 minutes per week.
3) Do HIIT cardio instead of LISS.
4) Your fasting blood sugar (glucose) should preferably be under 90.
5) Achieve #4 by reducing refined and added sugar intake, increase protein and healthy fats.
