Cardio for Bad knees
Anyone else get a sharp pain in their knees when running? I think im going to need to switch it up since im having this problem. My friend recommended a spinner pro bike but im not sure.
Does anyone have one of these? Do you like it?

Have you considered an Eliptical?
They are easy on the knees........no impact.

I use a recumbent bike. If you over do it the knees still get sore but I've got a life time of abusing my knees.
