I get a lot of PM's and emails for supplement use.....

I'm not a big supplement guy. You can achieve whatever you want through hard and sensible training and good nutrition, but this is why (see link below) I only recommend Beverly International protein powders and supplements, when asked directly. Please note, I am not sponsored or endorsed by them, and have had my posts deleted from their forum site due to conflict of theories regarding nutrition, but I still use their supplements. They are second to none with protein powder and various supplements. Their supps and protein are medical grade and used in burn trauma centers, and actually exceed labels claims.

If you knew what goes on in the supplement industry, you'd be shocked...

How does their's stack up for Cadmium, Mercury, and Arsenic content?

Since reading a few posts on here about unregulated supplement producers, I found that many whey protein powders contain these toxins in varying degrees.

Maybe not all that bad for one serving......but a lot of people drink quite a bit of whey, and it all starts to add up...........

Takes a long time to rid the body of these toxins.......

No worries... I think people get too paranoid about a quality protein powder. Which is considered more of a food source rather than a supplement. If you eat too many processed food items, along with trans fats, etc., it' much more damaging.

I place my trust in only 2-3 protein powder food sources these days.

Been using protein powders as part of my diet for the past 30 years, and I'm still alive and happy.

Everything natural has trace amounts of toxins. Think cherry pits or apple seeds. I'm sure almost everybody has swallowed an apple seed by accident.
