Default Fat loss and injury

Hi there,

I've managed to injure both my knees (jumpers knee) and my right shoulder (rotator cuff injury)!

The thing is I'm on a fatloss phase and obviously I wont be able to continue my weightlifting, other than arms and rehab exercises for my shoulders and knees.

When I could train with weights I ate 1805 cals on a non training day and added extra 350 cals on a training day (workoutdrink). On this diet I lost around 1-2 pounds a week.

Im wondering if I you guys think that I can still loose weight without weight training? I can still do some cardio (brisk walk and cycling). I really need to loose some weight:/ Should i ditch the workoutdrink and continue my diet?

You should absolutely continue to eat properly. It's more important now than ever. It's vital to the success of a program that includes training, even more so if you can't train. Cany ou do body weight exercises? Any access to a pool? See a physician to determine the extent of your injuries and seek treatment. Until the time when you get back to full strength, keep that diet tight.

Good luck and happy healing!
