Body types
Hey guys.
Still a novice here with the lifting and nutrition. Been reading a lot and getting ready to go shopping on Tuesday for food.
So, I've been reading up on how to eat for my body type. Then I got to thinking...can people only be classified by just three body types or are there hybrid types? If there are hybrid types, how does one go about eating correctly then?
Kind of a noobish question, but I honestly don't know.

What are your stats and what do you perceive your body type as? Your question is too general. We need additional info to give more precise information. Please give us your current stats, diet (complete with macro's) and training/cardio routine.

Stats
I'm 6'1" tall, weight about 270. Still sorting out the diet. Thinking between endo and mesomorph. All of the additional weight I've picked up is around the torso. Arms and legs remain pretty well in shape.

My understanding is that most people are a mix of body types, however, body composition is largely maleable through diet and exercise.
