My weight loss plan
Hi All
I'm wondering ... will my plan lose me weight in the next 3 months.
Age: 27
Weight: 204.8lbs
Height: 5'7
I walk 5-6 times per week at brisk pace sometimes jogging up a massive hill, unable to breathe nearly at the top, and have made some changes to my diet below.
Stats for diet are:
Cal - 1800
Protein - 213
Carb - 123
Fat - 70
Diet
7.15
Cottage Cheese -200g
Peanut Butter - teaspoon
Apple
Oats - 50g
10:30
Protein Powder - 50g
Cottage Cheese - 200g
12:30
Broccoli - big handful
Olive Oil - teaspoon
15:30
Protein Powder - 50g
19:00
Chicken - 100g
Rice - 50g
Olive Oil - teaspoon
Broccoli - big handful
22:30
Cottage Cheese - 200g
Peanut Butter - teaspoon
The only additional exercise I could do would be to buy an indoor bike, but we haven't much room so would prefer not to if it's not going to make a massive difference.
All comments and suggestions welcomed.
Many thanks

Your diet requires different changes. I also notice there is no weight training. If you are having trouble breathing, I would see your primary care physician. Good luck.

First off, it's always a good thing when someone sets goals and takes an interest in their health.
A 1,000 calories per day--even without physical activity--will not be sufficient to sustain weight loss. Initially, you will loose "weight," including fat and MUSCLE. However, your body will soon interpret the caloric deficit of that scale as starvation and it will do what nature designed it to do--conserve energy. Weight loss will stall! I've learned this through RECENT Experience. Read my thread on "Must Return to Good Health" and you can benefit from my mistakes.

Different changes as in more carbs, proteins or fats? Eating them at different times maybe?
I think my breathing trouble is down to being a smoker and extremely unfit.
Thanks

I was thinking that the amounts were out slightly, but wasn't sure by how much. I will have a read through the articles in that link.
Thanks

Hey buddy your workout plan is superb. My workout plan is simple. I do walk first and then do some running. After doing bench press and squats i do jumping. This is my simple workout plan. I am impressed with your workout and i will try to follow your exercises.
