Default Question for Mast

Or indeed anybody if they know the answer...

Can you tell me why some bodybuilders despite being very lean and cut and having massive muscle amounts, they have huge stomachs? so it ends up looking like a bloated 8-pack?

I'm baffled. I really don't want that in future training and want to see if there are any ways I can avoid this in my route to building muscle : )

Thanks

You are describing bodybuilders who are enhanced with anabolic steroids, GH, and insulin. Mainly bodybuilders who compete in the IFBB (pro's) and the NPC (where there is zero drug testing). You will be hard pressed to find a natural, drug tested and polygraphed competitor with what's know as the "GH Gut". Unless, of course, they had too much pizza in between the pre judging and night show.
