Talking Back to it

Wow quiet day at work today and bored as hell (not why im here)
Used to be on here a while back (so not really a newbie so to speak) , it actually tells me last time logged on was 2008 eeeeks.

Well been out of training for about a year due to depression and stuff that affected me more than i had thought.
Fell out of training , tried going back several times but to no avail just couldnt get my head round anything.

Different story now, a few weeks ago went to a drag queen and strip nite for the girlies at work. I wasnt ogling the guys,
but more in awe of there physique. Is that sad or what.
I had already decided i wanted to get a plan together and get my backside back in the gym, this was re iterated when i found some old pics and was damned annoyed at all the hard work and dedication i had put in and basically threw it all away.

That aside, with a new year approaching i am more determined than ever to get back to training and a good nutrition plan.
oh and thought id pop in and say hi
