Is mixing Whey with Coffee OK?
I cant have too much for breakfast, I used to have a cup of coffee, a single whey protein drink and cereal.
I recently started mixing the proteing powder into the coffee, is this OK or should they be taken separately? Dont think there should be any issues but thought I'd ask those who know anyways.
Thanks!

A protein latte, I like it, very creative! The only thing to watch out for is that a lot of protein clumps if hit with hot water.

There are some who believe that whey powder is denatured when it is heated. i'm not sure of any evidence to support this, but I don't mix it with hot stuff just in case. Otherwise it'd be whey hot chocolate every day!

i mix whey, ice, water, and instant coffee in a blender. Exact same thing, and whey stays good. BTW, whey in hot water does denature it
