Default Cutting Diet

Hey guys I am currently cutting on p90x and I wanted to make sure that my meal plan is going to help me burn as much fat while gaining lean muscle or just making sure i'm not losing muscle.

Stats: I'm 6'1, 175 lbs. BF of 15-16%. Aiming for 2100 Calories a day.
I have attached a photo just to get an idea of my body structure.

Typical day of eating:
Breakfast- Fish Oil, Green Tea extract, Oatmeal, Yogurt , 4 egg whites Snack- banana, rice cakes
Lunch- Fennel and arugula salad, 1 ˝ chicken breasts, 1 serving lean ground beef and avocado
Snack- ˝ cup Cottage Cheese and Pineapple
Dinner- Shakeology (170 cal)
Snack- Whey Protein Shake

I sometimes have to lift later because of work so for instance last night I worked out til 12 then took my protein shake. Perhaps I could take more protein shakes. Any advice would be really helpful. I just started phase 2 of p90x doubles which requires cardio AM on MWF (lifting days) but I fit in cardio whenever I can. I am trying to fit in 3 days of 30 min running on treadmill 7.5 pace which burns around 550 Cal plus doing cardio x sometimes. I could use good advice as I want to make sure I am doing everything right.

Also I was curious if anyone knew the most effective bodyfat measurement because I really want to know 100% just for personal satisfaction. I live in Atlanta, Ga and if anyone around here knows where then id love to know. Thanks.

i feel the most effective way to take measurements is to pay a professional, but i do own this:
http://americasnutrition.com/fat-tra...iper-mayo-tape

which alot of folks on the forum use to track their progress
