Default Will this get me where I want to be?

Im Fourteen year old boy and do not have access to a gym. I was wondering if this plan will get me the results im after. I know I will not get bulky or massive with this but I was hoping to at least get a lean muscular physique doing this by next year.

Strength workout: Pushups, Crunches, Pull ups, Dips

Day 1: Running + Strength

Day 2: Running

Day 3: Running + Strength

Day 4: Rest

My nutrition is pretty good I avoid all chocolates and unhealthy foods and usually drink a protein shake after each workout.

Thanks for your help

If you don't have access to a gym and don't have equipment at home, here is site that will help you develop a routine using your own bodyweight:

Good luck to you.
