Default Advice on my workout schedule?

My schedule is shaping up to look something like this:

Sunday:
Rest

Monday:
Lifting: Back/Biceps/Abs
Cardio: Run

Tuesday:
Cardio: Run

Wednesday:
Lifting: Legs

Thursday:
Run

Friday:
Lifting: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders/Abs
Run

Saturday:
Run

I know I might be running too much, but I'm not going to stop since I have some sort of strange attachment to running. Anyway, I was thinking about adding a day for shoulders, but I was wondering what I might want to considering changing. My goal right now is fat loss, and my diet is pretty good. Thanks in advance.

You might be overtraining when you work chest/tris/shoulders together. I would (do) work shoulders on their own seperate day (well, I work traps along with my deltoids).

As far as your cardio goes, it's fine. I run every day of the week and I've had good results with fat loss and muscle retention.

Alright, I think I will probably move my leg day down to Thursday and then put my Shoulder day onto Tuesday. Thanks for the response.

I can only work out at night ?

For whatever reason i just cant workout in the AM on a regular schedule.
Does it make a big diff when you work out.

I have always heard working out in the AM is better when trying to lose weight.

I usually work out between 9pm-1am
Never eat past 8pm
Wake up 8 am

Thanks

I don't think that it would be too bad for you to workout at night. If you do cardio, it is best to do it after weight lifting, but other than that, I don't think it matters too much what time you do your workouts.
