I forget the exact number, but I was reading in Men's Health last week the average man's bicep is either 9" or 11" I think.

I'm 5' 8.5" and mine are 14.75 -- and they seem small to me -- so I have no idea. I am interested in this also.

I read that article, too ("How Fit Are You?", or something like that).
According to that article, 13" is the size of the average male's upper arm (bicep & tricep).

Also, most pro BB have the 20 inch plus arms. Yet, they all juice (or nearly all). If u can get 17-18 naturally, ur awesome. 14 is great

Mine are 15" cold flexed, and I'm just 5'6", so they look pretty decent.

How much do you weigh? at 6'6 I'm thinking 240 would be lean and mean. If you are under 200 you gotta eat. lots of steak and eggs. I eat 8 eggs for breakfast now and soon I hope to make that an even dozen.

I'm 12 1/2 cold. I think they're losing size, I've been slacking due to some physical problems and procrastination.

That is the arguement that Lou Ferrigno had against Arnold. I don't have the stats, but Lou was several inches taller than Arnold. It took Lou a lot more work to make his physique comparable to Arnold's. There are advantages and disadvantages to being tall and short(er).

Mine are 14.5 - 14.75 and I'm 5'10. Mostly from tricep development not bicep. I think for all of us if we loose our guts they will look much bigger. My friend at work has biceps that are about 13.5 - 14 and he looks huge because he has a 30" waist.

Flexed or unflexed. Probably a bit below. I am 6.0 and have 16,5 inch biceps unflexed with 8-9% bodyfat....

Following on from Haven 97.
I am 5'10 Biceps 14"
43 chest 32 waist. I have been cutting but people comment on my large biceps, I think its because of the definition. Triceps muscles are quite defined too.
Sometimes I notice other mens biceps and although I can dee they are thicker than mine, they dont look as much muscle.
Still want to beef them up next bulk stage. ( I dint know never satisfied)

I've only ever measured unflexed before for purposes of fat loss, so I was quite suprised having just measured them flexed at 16.5". I knew I had fairly thick arms as t-shirts and jumpers have always been tight. I gained bigger arms many years ago when I was training and guess I've not lost too much of it. I think one thing that was key for me was building big triceps (they do make up most of it anyway).
I'd better start rebuilding my arms again because the measurement is likely to go down as I reach my fatloss target.
