Gonna be lifting heavy tomorrow evening..Because I have a dentist appointment at 9am...

Total calories not sure after the snack tray but would guess around 2500 total today...

Well I am close at 156 or 7insih is pretty low in the mornings after my runs.But a lot of that is water weight to..I picked up a little bit today..Took off and lifted..I am gonna lift again heavy in the morning..But this time more compound type lifts with the big olyimpic bar...I still have some lower fat around the bottom like a lot of others..I am already very small can wear a 20 or 31 inch pants..But I am trying to increase the size of my arms and upper body alittle bit now while mataining the smaller waste and decreasing the fat..This is very difficult..I hat to go on a full blown bulk I would get big quick..I can put weight on easy..

Thats why I was wondering if I kept eating this same diet and started lifting like a mad man instead of running for a few weeks would my muscle size increase some and fat decrease...
