Heres tonights routine..I have not lifted at these calories cause I am damn near dead tired now with all the cardio..I am going down to around 156..I get my BF down just a little more and I will start lifting more then and cut cardio back some..Probably another week or so of this and then I will cut back some...Remember these weights are in the mornings on empty stomach after my running sessions..
No cardio tomorrow have to mow again all day..Even worse...

Guys I am gonna say 2200 calories for today as I had a few sugar free popcicles through the day and I not 100 [ercent sure about the chicken stir fry but it was mainly veggies and brown rice...
Very tired now on this for nearly a month and have not really cheated..Mowed all damn day!
Tomorrow will be tough as I plan to run again in the morning and then I to see the chiropractor also...Have not been in over a month and my back starts after all this weed eating is killing it..
Also have homemade whole wheat pizza planned for lunch so I will have to allow some for that..Also my weight seems to stable out around 159 to 160..Started at 165 so 5lbs and holding..Looks like I may have to cut the calories down to around 1800 to 1900 to drop any further
.Back tomorrow..

Well guess I spoke too soon. Weight was down to 158 this morning after my run..This is the lowest I have been in quiet sometime..Don't really want to cut much more..Maybe a pound or two..It also gets more difficult at this satge when you are down this low...
Pizza was great I estimated the calories but it was basicly nothing but a think wheat crust with fat free cheese, veggies, turkey pepporoni and tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce very good..
I would like to start lifting maybe some more now to..Chiro adjustment went great today and feeling better..Maybe some cardio tomorrow morning but I am thinking about mixing some lifting in also..Later...

Well guys don't really know for sure where I will be going from here. But after one month I really am not interested in losing much more..So I am gonna start eating more or doing less cardio and lifting more now I suppose..Cardio is addicting and you want to do it almost each day now upon rising...But I have had a successful cut IMO but its been consistent and have lost about 7 to 8 lbs since I started at 165..So I guess that is about right for losing properly...
Right now I am not sure but was able to do this because I am laid off right now just kicking back..But I also exercise a lot and run a lot most of the time..Even while working but was just eating more calories and doing faster 10k types of runs..I have a pretty good cut but would like a little more upper body mass..Still have a little fat around the very bottom but that is the last remaining..Also I have been really nervous lately is a side effect of eating and exercising like this...
I may lift hard in the morning instead of cardio not sure.. lATER
