Default Creatine Kre-Alk pills?

Ive used Cell-Tech creatine in the past and have had outstanding results with it. Im finishing a cut right now and will be bulking soon but wanted to get some advice/feedback from fellow JSF memebers on types of creatine they used and have gotten good results.

So far, from what Ive used, NOTHING compares to Cell-Tech but at $70.00 its a bit pricey. Ive read some articles on the Kre-Alk (sp) creatine pills that are supposed to be even better but wanted to know if anyone has actually used it.

Any thoughts/advice?

From all I've read creatine monohydrate is all you need. Everything else is just hype.

I've been using Cre-02 lately. In the past I was a creatine-mono or bust type of believer. Like the above post. I personally love Cre-02 and will stick with it a while.

If you like Cell Tech though, just make your own; http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/cr...h-homemade.htm

I used the formula in there and had good results.

Yup, the Kre-Alk creatine is essentially "buffered" creatine. The thing is, you don't need buffered creatine because over 99% of mono remains stable in the stomach environment....even after several hours. Seriously, nothing works better than regular old mono. It isn't exotic or fancy, but it works. Don't let the supplement companies convince you otherwise.

Im going to try the mono for a while with the homemade cell-tech formula and see what happens.

Just mix creatine monohydrate with protein and dextrose. Worked great for me.
