Does anyone have any good recipes that they would like to share? I'm not talking about different things to put in protein shakes, but I'm talking about for other meals.

I tried to make some protein pancakes, which included egg beaters, bisquick, skim milk, and some whey protein, but I think I burn the last one, so it took me like 5 minutes to chew. x_x

Anyway, does anyone have some good recipes?

I have a few simple ones if your not on a super low carb diet...one is fat free french toast - really simple - get low fat white or italian bread (usually 40 cal per slice no fat) and eggbeaters or just use regular egg whites. Coat the bread, throw in a pan and voila - top it off with some natural sugar free syrup or jelly and you got a tasy meal that has good protein in it.

The other is fat free grilled cheese...same deal with the bread - then buy some fat free cheese (land o lakes white american and cheddar are good!) and some butter spray (parkay makes a good 0 cal one), coat the bread with the butter, add cheese and pan it up!

Both of these are good for quick snacks as they are low in cal and fat and are filling!

One of my favourite meals is: 9oz skinless chicken breast (diced), 2 cups frozen green beans (or spinach, or a mix of both), 1 small onion, 2 tablespoons curry powder (or to your taste), clove of garlic, water.

In a dry non stick pan fry off onion/garlic and chicken, add curry and cook a little longer, add some water and frozen beans. Reduce water untill nearly dry and serve.

calories 559. fat 11. carbs 32. protein 84...20% fat. 14% carbs. 66% protein.

It's also nice with 1-2 tablespoons of low fat yogurt on top after serving.

cheers

Anyone have some good low-fat marinades for chicken breasts?
