Default Is it bad I can't eat meal 3?

I am trying to eat 5 meals a day, but I am still full from my second meal. In order to reach my 2800 calores a day eating 5x a day I need around 500 cals a meal. It can't happen right now. I had to force down my last meal, but trying to eat another 500 cals is going to be tough so soon. Is it supposed to be like this?

This morning (10:20) I had John Stone's Oatmeal:
1 cup oatmeal 360 cals, 75 carbs, 15g protein, 3g dat
1/2 cup 2% Milk 60 calories, 5 carbs, 4g protein, 2.5g fat
1/4 cup atkins Syrup
Protein Shake 115 cals, 4 carbss, 20g protein, 2g fat
2 CLA Tablets

Then I went to workout (lifting and cardio)

Meal 2:
8 oz orange juice 110 cals, 26 carbs, 2g protein,
2 Slices WW Bread 100 cals, 20g carbs, 8g protein, 2g fat
2 Chicken Breats (est. 8 oz) 220 cals, 0 carbs, 46g protein, 1g fat
1 1/4 cup veggie sitr fry 80 CALS, 16 carbs, 2 protein

I forced down meal 3 and ate
1 can of tuna 150 cals, 32.5g pro, 1.5g fat
Fat free crackers (10) 120 cals 24 carbs, 2g protein
1 Detour Whey Protein Bar 170 cals, 14g carbs, 15g protein, 6g fat

After meal 2 I took a nap, a rather long nap, so that may have polayed a part in it. I'm sick right now, so I have been rather tired. I also have to adjust eating like this. I usually ate 1 meal a day, maybe 2 and it was never around 3000 calories, but I'm guessing I'll get used to it.

So stop worrying about it!

When I'm sick my appetite is all over the board, depending on what's gotten to me.

Once you're healthy see if you have a problem eating.

Also, if you're eating too much volume try swapping out some of that food for more calorie dense foods. I'm describing the calorie:weight ratio. Right now you want that ratio to be pretty high so that you're not literally eating a ton

Oh, and drop the bars -- they're glorified candy.

There's your problem... I'd recommend trying to eat smaller portions even more times a day. Just keep the food coming slowly but steadily. I'm trying to put away 3500 calories a day now and I know it's not easy. Sometimes you just have to eat when you don't feel like eating... keeping the portions small really helps in that situation.

The process of eating and digestion speeds up your metabolism, so the more often you eat, the more weight you'll lose.
