Bulk routine needed please
hey guys im 19 years old, 74 Kg weight, 6"0. I'd like a good workout plan from anyone to get ripped. I would like it to include HIIT as i enjoy it and want to improve cardio as well. I would like it to be a 5 day program, 1 hr workouts. Therefore, how should i split HIIT and strenght training throughout those 5 days, and can someone please recommend a good plan, specificying the day and the type of machine/excercisez?
