Default hello all....

I have been lurking for the last month helping myself to all the information and great advice on this site. I now have a plan of attack to hopefully pack on a few pounds of muscle. And on Monday I finally overcame my fear and embarrassment and ventured into the free weight section of my gym. That was an accomplishment all in itself but two days later I am happy to report that I am really sore in a good way. Today is day two of my three day split and am looking forward to it.

Nice work overcoming your fears. I'm certain you have nothing to be embarrassed about. We all start somewhere, and regardless of strength, everyone deserves full access to their gym's equipment.

Another skinny person? Ok, before I get too happy, are you a formerly overweight person who is now skinny, or are you a genuine, real deal skinny guy? There totally aren't enough of us around here. I don't have any comrades to keep track of since Carguy disappeared.
