Unplanned outage (Nov 2, 2008))
Our upstream provider (Level 3) experienced a major routing issue between Atlanta and Orlando yesterday evening starting at approximately 19:52 (EST). This issue affected the JSF DS3, along with several other circuits in this area.
Service was restored by Level 3 techs early this morning at approximately 00:37 (EST).
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected outage.
