145lb Starting to Cut
I been bulking since beginning of April and started to cut down now as I'll be doing my first competition in 10 weeks time.
Before weight = 132lb
After Weight = 145lb
Been training for two years and 5 months but only really took it seriously when i decided to compete.
Should tell you these before photos i spent 3 months cutting before i took them and only with research did i know how to cut but it was too late by then i had overcut and lost a good deal of muscle so i worked hard to get some of my fullness back
