Default Fasted Morning Cardio

Hi Folks,

How much cardio in the am is enough?
I work at 8.30am with a 30 min commute so I'm thinking of being in the gym for 7.15am and doing 30-45 mins of jogging / cycling.

Would 30 - 45 mins be enough?
B/fast is at 9am...

What do ye guys do?

Thanks in Advance,

How much is enough? Enough that you see results. Yes- 35-45 minutes is typical.

You should buy a recumbent bike...I dont know about you but going 2 hours without eating is a lot.....soo with a bike inside of your house you'll be able to do your cardio and then eat later when u get to your job.
