Default Any Propel Water and Strawberry Nitrean is awesome!

I just tried Grape Propel and I think this is my favorite with 2 scoops of nitrean.

Give this a try and tell me what you guys think.

Sounds like it has potential, but one bottle has 9 grams of carbs, so while I'm cutting, its a no no.

That must be a seriously strict cut.

Wasting 9g of carbs on a drink is more than I can spare on my cut. Sounds to me like Sodomojo is on the right track

You can do pretty much the same thing without the added carbs by dumping in one of those single serving Crystal Light types of drink mixes.

I think propel is intended to be a 'diet' or 'light' sports beverage. The added carbs I'm sure are there for a reason. Probably because of the antioxidants, electrolytes, etc. I don't think such a drink can be achieved at 0 carbs, or at least never seen one.

The carbs are from "sucrose syrup".

Sugar.

So that's the number two ingredient after "water".

Doesn't bother me...I am going continue drinking it. Unless I am going for a competition then I doubt that many extra carbs is a killer. I am new to this but I don't see THAT big of a deal? 1-2 bottles a day.

It's up to you. It's basically slightly less than 1.5 tsp of sugar per 20 oz.

I try to avoid refined sugars complete myself and don't even do the PWO GI spiking carbs anymore, so it's not something I personally would fit in my plan, but others might use it PWO.
