At maxes I'm: a) 130-140% b) ? c) 160-170% d) 30-40%, which is good if you are me.
But really, 50-200% is good for all A through C! Whatever you can lift is a good lift

- as long as you keep on lifting and making gains!
Otherwise, Knubbs estimates seem very good to aspire to, just don't stop when you get there. If I had to change something about those estimates though, I would say 100% for bench press.
