Wb-ls Rant
Hello everyone,
I assembled my wb-ls-s a few weeks ago and found that i had to push hard to align the holes in the right stabaliser arm so i could put the bolts through. The other arm was a perfect fit i didn't have to put any effort in.
Now the tower is leaning to one side and seems a bit twisted.
I contacted Powertec, told them i bought it from Powerhouse fitness who no longer sell Powertec stuff. Nick said i would get sevice from Bodypower sports. Contacted steve at bodypower sports and he sent me an invoice for a replacement arm, and told me that powerhouse should service warranty requates as i bought it from them.
Gordon at Powerhouse emailed me and said he has found a part that might do, so i am waiting for it to arrive. Also, noone at Powertec is answering my emails.
The handle on my short bar slipped off when i was using it and Nick said Body power would send me a replacement. Steve at body power asked me whether i wanted a revolving bar or stationary, i said stationary and a couple of weeks later when i enquired he said Powertec hasn't informed him about my problem with the bar, so i don't think i will be getting one - so why did he ask whether i wanted a revolving or stationat=ry bar if he wasn't going to send me one?
disappointed with the service and so called lifetime warranty.
MAzaffar.
