As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to 1 rep attempts, if you can't grip it, you can't lift it.

Well done. That's a big jump in a short amount of time.

My grip is coming along, but I lose it around 280. Had I been doing deads correctly from the beginning I'd probably be there.
Hey Zen, what's the biggest DL you've seen sans straps/hooks?

Squats especially, for me at least.....I've been shooting up for the past 2 weeks everytime I do them.
Hit 270# today.
6x220#, 6x240#, 6x260#, 6x270#
I can't lift 300#, well at least last week I couldn't....so I'm slowly progressing week by week.

10kg from peak
My previous max was 150 kg, but that was some time ago, and it's been ages since i was lifting. I'll be returning to heavy stuff presently, and would have joined at a lower weight if one existed!
Graduation to the 400 [180] club is my proper goal.
Andrew.

Nice job Billy
Today was a good one for me too, I pulled 315x5 which puts my theoretical max just over 350. I was so tired after though when I was putting the weight away I dropped a plate on my big toe, glad my adrenaline was still goin, didn't hurt at all.

Hit 6x280 lbs today.
Which, according to that 'site'...puts me at a 1RM of 325 lbs.
The progress I'm making is nothing short of amazing.

My last deadlift was 5x137.5kg which puts my theoretical 1rm at 341lbs. Not far away. Only trouble is I only have 145kg worth of weight at the moment.

But it's always a good thing when you actually need to buy more weight...
