another calorie thread
alright so im 5 feet exact
115 lbs
trying to lose fat but keep my lean muscle
my goal each week is to burn 3500 calories from cardio alone and so far im at 2903 and i have till tomorrow
i strength train and lift weights (5-10lbs) 4 times a week
how many calories should i be taking in a day?

I don't know but it would depend on what your goals are. Are you cutting?

65 x 225# squat
50 x 315# deadlift in 9:50.6
31 x 405# deadlift in 9:45
46 x 410# trap bar deadlift in ten minutes

Assuming that your lean mass doesn't change - as many as you need to drop weight approx. 1 lb per week. Google for the Harris-Benedict equation and use it to calculate an approximate amount. Then do trial and error to figure out your own individual level.
