My revamped diet
Ok, I've been reading around and using some information from some very helpful users. I've revamped my diet to ensure I'm getting proper nutrition and calories. If you could, take a look at what I have now and let me know if I'm in the right area or if things still need to be modified a bit.
8:00AM - Wake up
8:30AM - 2 scoops Muscletech Nitrotech protein
9:00AM - Train
10:30 - 1 whole egg
6 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
banana
12:00PM - Small can of tuna
banana
2:00PM - 6-8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
5:00PM - 2 oz. peanuts
8:00PM - 6-8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
10:00PM - 2 scoops Muscletech Nitrotech protein
1 tbsp. peanut butter
11:00PM - Bed
2358 Calories
I also decided to move my training to the morning. That way any carbohydrate I take in during the morning will quickly be negated. I was also thinking of changing my routine to Mon., Tue., Thur., Fri. and taking the other days as rest days.
Quick summary of my stats.
6' 1", 185 lbs.
Good muscle base built up from 3 months of 5 day training
Only a little extra fat I'm trying to get rid of.
Any advice would be great, thanks.

I uploaded my diet to my web server, and it's in excel format which should make things a little easier. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Looks a lot better in my opinion. It looks like you are getting the proper kinds of foods, but also allows for some variation. On that note, I better get myself to the gym soon. Going camping kind of screwed with my gym schedule. Time to double time it tomorrow!

Yeah, it's good in the fact that I'm definitely getting more calories. I'm just trying to get some info from some of the more experienced guys regarding whether or not I need to be eating something different and if I am at the correct calorie range for my activities and goal of getting my body fat % to go down.

IMO, marked improvement over your original diet sample, especially in protein sources. Give yourself two weeks and track your results. From this example, I think you're on the right track and any changes you'll need should be fairly minor.
Don't fear carbs too much unless you know you can't make any progress when you eat more. More vegetables is usually a safe bet, but if you're fealing run down, a little brown rice or sweet potatoes with your chicken meals a few times per week shouldn't hurt. You could always have this at your 2:00 pm time slot and save the tuna to have later with the peanuts. Maybe a smaller serving to stay within your calorie range.

One of the good things about being in fairly good shape already is that as long as your diet is comprised of balanced, healthy foods, its pretty much a matter of eating more of those good foods to feed your muscles for proper growth.
