Question Too Many Calories in my Yogurt?

I have had a few comments made about the carbs in my yogurt however I can't find any better ones even if I go to plain yogurt. Here are the details for what I have been getting let me know what you think. I just love it so I am going to hate to give it up.

Publix Fat Free Light (all the flavors have the same nutrient content, scarry!)

Cal. 150
Fat 0
Sodium 160
Potassium 490
Carbs 26
Fiber 0
Sugar 18
Protein 10

Ingredients, cultured pasteurized grade a nonfat milk, water, blueberry puree, crystalline fructose, pomegranate juice concentrate, modified cornstarch, natural flavors, aspartame, citric acid sodium citrate

Let me know what you think or any brand recommendations would be great.

Its kind of a lot of sugar it also contains aspartame which is pretty darn bad for you. Truthfully I dunno of any yogurt that I would eat on a cut, on bulk maybe but yogurts tend to have a good amount of sugar. If you can incorporate it in your diet fine but its not something I would put in as a staple in my diet. If you enjoy this yogurt continue eating it but maybe there's a yogurt that doesn't have any artificial sweeteners and sweetened by fruits only or by honey or something.

6 oz (170g) serving of Dannon Light and Fit for various flavors typically contain:

60 calories
0g fat
11g carbs / 7 g sugar
5g protein

Are you not getting the results you want out of your diet and you think it is because of the yogurt? Just how much of the stuff are you eating?

I am only eating like one container a day. 8oz. it is just a really easy snack for me to take to work with me. This too much? I am going to have to post some picks. I have been going for basically two months now and you can see progress but I might like it a bit more quickly.

I really dont' think that's the only culprit if your losing .5 to 2 lbs a week your progress is fine. When you get to 10% your progress will slow down quite a bit expect more of a .5 to 1 lb a week type progress. Its really hard to say without seeing your full meal plan.
