_your thoughts on my pre/post WO intake..

Default _your thoughts on my pre/post WO intake..

just wanted to make sure that my meal and supplements are in correct fashion.
since i switched my workout to AM.

•7:15[meal 1]
4 egg whites mixed with serving of tuna
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
ultra-4[multi] ultra-C, both brand beverly


•8:15
5 BCAA's [beverly]

•8:20-9:30 workout/cardio

•9:30
5 BCAA's

•10:00 [meal 2]
1 serving tuna
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 fishoil/omega 3 pill


then on to my regular 6 meals a day[4 more] ..with no carbs after lunch.

well you figure after lunch[meal 3] i will be intaking 1.5 cups of oatmeal.
and i am currently cutting, so for meals 4.5.6 i have NOcarbs.
with exception of broccoli.
from what i understand is better for weight loss.
and i don't need the energy after lunch anyway...
which is why i stopped working out PM.. to lower my night time carbs.

if you can survive on the only carbs in the afternoon coming through dark green veggies (broccoli, spinach, asparagus, brussel sprouts) then this plan will work awesome nick.. at least for me it does. when i'm on a serious game-on cut ( like next month for me) this is exactly how i do it, and while sometimes i'm dragging toward the end of the day, it definitely rips the fat off.

some days no-doz / redline / venti starbucks black coffee with 3 shots added in really help.

the only other weird thing that i did when i would go on a hardcore cut was i would have a 'shake only day' once a week, where i would do nothing but shakes. hahaa i don't know why, but i did, and it didnt hurt / bother / damage anything, maybe superstitous or whatever, but it's worked awesome for me.

well i usually make it through the day with no energy drinks, coffee etc..
my oatmeal cut off is around 2pm. which is my actual lunch time/full meal, along with chicken, grapefruit, and natural PB...

and broccoli with dinner.

you think that will work? bed time 11pm..

hope it works i need to get this toned mid section before summer is gone..
