Default OK. Ready to start my program

After reading and reading, I think I am ready to begin my program.

I am currently 322#'s and 5'11", i.e overweight.

I have lifted a good bit through sports, so a bit of it is muscle but its hard to see it under all of the blubber. Anyway I want to start loosing fat and trying to keep as much muscle as I can.

What I am looking for is advice on my routine and diet. Here is my plan:

Diet: 40% protein 40%carb 20%fat. 6 meals a day. 2 protein shakes for two of the meals.

Workout: monday, wen, and friday lift. Start slow, but deadlifts, squats, benches mostly. Trying to target large muscle groups to increase metabolism.

3 days of HIIT a week

Exercise in the am before work.

Any advice on this program? My goal is to loose a 100#'s, and get below 10% BF.

Suggestions? I need them..

Looks good, but don't undereat. Looking at your stats you still need to eat a lot of calories even though your are trying to lose weight. Gradually decrease your cals over time. Also proiten shakes aren't really necessary unless you need them to reach your caloric daily goal. If it was possible try tpo get the protien from solid foods such as fish, chicken, turk, eggs etc.
