Default Strange drop in weight

My weight had been 233.75 for about 3 weeks... working out 3 times a week and eating right after consistently losing around 1.5 pounds a week for 8 weeks. I took a week off from lifting and my diet and I lose 3 pounds! How strange. 230.75 pounds lastnight. And lastnight I picked up right where I left off as far as weight used in my routine. I will say that I felt like a quivering mound of jell-o afterwards though.

Seeing that number go down sure breeds new motivation and I don't know if it had anything to do with how well my workout went lastnight but it felt great!

Thanks for watching,

-Eric

That's how it goes man. After 155lbs, I'm used to that kind of weirdness. A bad cheat meal will make me gain 3-5 pounds that I won't lose for a week. Also, I can do great and not drop a pound until I lose 3 pounds in a day. Your body holds on to it as long as possible, and then it gives it up all at once like that, I guess.
