Default Timing lunch and HIIT

I'm cutting....I usually work out first thing in morning. And down a PWO protein shake with skim milk right after. On Thursday's my workout needs to move to noon, which is about "lunchtime".....it is a HIIT day and I've read that my body will keep burning cals until eat following HIIT?

I guess the question is should I eat first? at 11:40 or so? or eat after at 1:30 or so? my mid-morning snack/meal is usually about 10:00 or so....

Today I down another protein shake at 11:45 but haven't really had "lunch" yet, and would like any benefit from any additional calorie burning HIIT....

It makes barely any difference. Calories in vs. calories out is all that matters. It's the same wherever you place your workouts/meals.

Just don't eat so soon before HIIT that you get sick doing it.
