My opinions:

- Way too many protein shakes.
- Need to add in carbs pre and post workout.
- Need veggies.
- Some fruit here and there would be nice.
- I'd probably tack on another 200-300 calories.
- Potentially the most boring diet I've ever seen.

You got too many protein shakes there. Pre-workout and post workout could use some carbs in my opinion. You virtually have no veggies. You need to concentrate more on whole foods. That alone will give you considerable advantage in fat loss.

I made up my OWN little diet. See if you can follow it.
1) Avoid coffee! If you must drink it, use sugar only, no cream.
2)Drink lots of water.
3)Eat only unprocessed wheat bread.
4)When working out, breathe deeply between exertions. Not TOO deeply, because really deep breaths may cause undue strain on the heart, thus causing the lungs to use more blood to process each breath, thus taking away from the burning of actual calories.
5)Exercising with a friend is recommended,
6)Only weigh yourself during a full moon.

I myself utilize shakes a lot in my daily dietary intake. However, I use a casein protein which can literally last in the gut (amino uptake) for up to 7 hours. I do combine the casein offering (usually about a 75 gram protein shake) with almonds or flax oil for a fat/pro meal, or with oatmeal/grits/cream of wheat/rice, etc., for a carb/pro meal.
I see nothing wrong with shakes and their inclusion as about half of your protein intake daily as long as they are longer lasting/digesting proteins such as casein.
