Default Any experience with the "Men's Health Hard Body Plan"?

I've been reading, and planning, but I'm in the bind I knew I would be in. I'm getting into analysis paralysis. With my limited time each day, spending it all researching and planning is eating up my time. I need to get going! I want to get into a routine and continue to research and refine.

Anyone have any experience with this book?

I like the fact that it has a three-week rolling workout plan laid out for beginner's, intermediate and advanced. They're all whole body workouts, which is what I need.

Like I said, the idea is to use it to get started, see results, and continue to develop and refine.

Let me know what you think, good or bad.

Thanks,
Croz.

I never read the book

Any workout plan is good, if you stick to it and give it your 100%

Workout+Diet=Results.

I have that book in my library. I thought it was an excellent way to get started. Informative and helpful. I would not hesitate to use the programs in this books if I were a beginner.
