Can I ask how much you bench for 8 reps? Because I have more fat that you and I'm curious how much of my chest area is muscle vs. fat and I think I can guesstimate based on the difference between our bench weightage...

Hey riskio I posted some recent pics in my journal, I bench 225-245ish for 8 reps, with my max being 315. I don't usually do 8 rep bench, so I am not exactly sure.

The only problem with guessing what your chest will look like is the differences in muscle density and strength per lb of muscle. I think that this has to do with mitochondrial population and efficiency, though I'm not all sure on that one.

BTW wh0 if you read this can you give me a bf% guesstimate based on those pics?

There are some previously in the post, but no not really, I used to be 242 and avoided cameras at all costs, lol.
