Default Target heart rate surprise

I just picked up a heart rate monitor and used it for the first time today. First thing I found out was that for this whole time I was only exercising at like 55-60% of max. Turned it up some today (70%), felt good.

that's good - when I got mine I was surprised I had been working out at 85%! Now it seems like I'm in slow motion doing 70-75%.
