Posture?
I was wondering if anyone who has really increased their fitness has noticed a positive effect on your posture?
I've had bad posture my whole life. And (like most people on here hehe) choose a career in computers, and siting down all day (in weird positions) really hasn't done much for my posture!

Absolutely. My husband and I both noticed improvements in posture very soon after we started our fitness programs.

Nothing magical happened but I have been consciously standing and sitting straighter since I'm already on a roll with a generally healthy lifestyle. I've noticed my back always feels much better than it used to.
