vBulletin 3.6.1 Upgrade Information/Bug Reports

The forum upgrade has been successfully completed!

Unlike the last major upgrade, I have taken the extra time to get all the aesthetics the way they should be before re-opening the forum. This should preempt a lot of questions & concerns.

If you are having any kind of issues (can't click buttons, smilies don't show, message editor doesn't work, etc.) before asking for help please do the following:

* Clear your browser's cache.
* Do a hard refresh (Firefox: SHIFT + CTRL + R) (Internet Explorer: CTRL + F5)

You'll probably notice a lot of changes--some major, some minor. Please feel free to post your thoughts, whatever they may be.

Edit: I left blank the profile stuff I don't want showing up beside every one of my posts.
Too bad I joined in a month with such a long name. I don't like that wraparound.

I can "report bad post" on my own posts now.

Didn't used to be able to do that.

Is there a way we can see when our "supporter" status expires?

Not on 1920x1200

Personally I like it, but I can see why some people wouldn't.

I did the cache clearing and hard refresh, too.

The user information on the side is something that can be changed back. Personally I like it on the side, but I'll do whatever the majority wishes. Speak up if you like it or you don't.

Guava, you know they make monitors/video cards that can go above 640x480, right?

It's working fine on several computers here.

Try navigating away from the forum, clear your cache, close all your browsers, come back here and see if it's still doing it.

I have IE 6.0.2900 etc. Have I missed an update?

I did all the stuff, and shut off my computer. I still can't get it to go to last post.

No, it's not a skin or template setting. It's system-wide.

I cannot log in with IE on Mac. I never use it anyway so it doesn't matter much, and I think most Mac users probably use FF or Safari (I think?)

Still I'd like to know if this is just me, so if there are any Mac users out there can you log in with IE?

I guess what Guava is talking about is that with the info on the side, it makes each post at least that big, thus you have to scroll even if the post is just one line.

No biggie IMO. I like the info there.

Join Date: Feb. 1, 2000

or

Join Date: 2/1/2000
