Default Macro's Per Meal

I was wondering in anyone can give me some info on the optimal macro breakdown per meal for cutting? I have read in several places that the macros per meal and nutrient timing is the major keys to losing fat while retaining lean body mass. Can anyone give me some insight (examples) into this and what they have had success with, relevant to my size and bf% (5’9”, 168 @ 12%)? Also, how should macros be arranged around the workout (I workout at lunch time) and what difference would there be for a cardio as opposed to a lifting day?

Thanks

You really should do one of a few things here.

1) Study, read, research.

2) Experiment and find what works best for you.

3) Hire a trainer and do what he/she says and see how that works out.

There are various theories which answer the questions you're asking, and I've seen people having success with all sorts of these theories being used.
