Default Vegan Post-Workout Shake

8oz almond milk(or rice milk)
1 semi-frozen bananna
1 1/2 scoops of vanilla rice protein powder
1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Cocunut Oil(Or flax oil. Cocunut adds more of a fruit flavor though.)

Blend It all up and Enjoy!!!
(I was very suprised today when I first made it)

how is the almond milk? I'm a little afraid to try it - I don't like new things
I really like the Very Vanilla Silk, but Its got a bit too much sugar.
but banana is the PERFECT addition to a protein shake, I wouldn't be able to choke it down without them!
