Default Long vacation training frequency

Hi guys.

Im travelling asia for 4months have been doing body weight exercises lots... but i need advice as to how much to train and any other exercises any of you think would be good.

at the moment im doing handstand press ups then press ups then crunches... sometimes everyday sometimes with a break.

i cant get to a gym cuz im moving places so often and some places dont have them..

so how often should i do my exercises?? everyday? or leave 2 days inbetween? i used to train hard in the gym 4-5 times a week and would split it all up...but i dont know if because im not going so heavy i can train everyday or not..im eating quite alot and have found some whey which im starting to take.

anyway all advice would be wicked!

take it easy!

I don't have a strong opinion about how to schedule your training because I expect you might have to fit it in with your travel. Rest and sleep are important, and if you are getting jet lagged a lot you might need to factor that in.

You mention pressing and crunching.

I suggest this would be the perfect opportunity to take up pistol squatting as well.

Slim Pickens, a.k.a. Major Kong, captain of the plane, was not told the movie was a comedy. To save money, Peter Sellers was originally supposed to play Major Kong, but allegedly had trouble developing the Western/cowboy accent.
